FLu Out. The Most Effective Remedy To Stop Flu Immediately.

Flu/Influenza is highly contagious respiratory illness caused by flu viruses and is usually spread by the coughs and sneezes of a person who is infected.

If you happen to be in a closed place where there is a person spreading his/her virus, cover your mouth and nose and try to get out for an open air. And you might as well take a good bath when you come home because chances are, the expelled infectious particles are all over your hair, clothes and skin.You don’t want to pass those infectious molecules to your love ones, so before hugging them, hit the shower room first.

You can also catch flu from an infected person if you touch them (e.g. shaking hands). Adults are contagious one day before getting symptoms and up to 7 days after becoming ill. This means that you can spread the influenza virus before you even know you are infected. Flu usually comes on suddenly.

If you become infected, the virus will reside inside your mouth, nose, trachea and lungs.

But the problem is, it will take about not less that 7 days and up to 10 days for the the healing process to take place (Of course it depends on each individual person’s immunity towards the virus).  I have seen people at the 10th day, they were still coughing which is an immune response of the body to excrete the virus out of the respiratory track.

Before we dive into the remedy for flu, let’s tackle first the symptoms and why they collaboratively appear whenever we have flu.

  • The Fever. Scientists have found more evidence that elevated body temperature helps certain types of immune cells to work better. In other words, our antibodies gets activated to fight the infection when there is elevation in our body temperature.
  • Cough. Coughing happens when viruses, bacteria, dust, pollen or other substances irritate the nerve endings in the airways between the throat and lungs. A cough is the body’s way of trying to clear the passages. If you are having a flu, chances are, you have a thin itchy phlegm triggering your productive coughs.
  • Sore Throat. Sore throats are caused by infections, i.e. by the rapid growth of small organisms (bugs). In about 3 out of 4 cases these will be viruses. One of the proof that the influenza virus is attacking our cells in mouth and trachea area.
  • Runny or stuffy nose. When you have a cold or the flu, the mucous membranes that line the cavities in your nose produce a combination of mucus and fluid designed to fight off and wash away the germs. This is our system’s way of washing out the flu virus.
  • Fatigue, Muscle ache, Headache. These are all the side effect of our body trying to fight off the virus; or might be due to the force we throw off when we cough, sneeze or etc.

Basing from the above information we gathered, we can exploit it and create our guaranteed remedy for flu without undergoing the 7-10 days healing process… With this PROVEN remedy, flu is out within 2-3 days.

Case #1:

You were exposed to person with flu; or constantly sneezes. And you somehow not exhibiting any flu symptoms.

Things you should do:

  1. Take a good shower.
  2. take a good dose of vitamin C, D and Zinc. (These are immune boosters).
  3. Brush your teeth properly. Brush your tongue, your palate, your cheeks… Take note that the virus will first reside on those area before going deeper to your respiratory track.

Case #2:

You were exposed to person with flu or constantly sneezes. And moments later, you started sneezing. Chances are, you’re immune system is already compromised.

Things you should do:

  1. If you kept on sneezing, don’t try to stop yourself. Sneezing expels the virus out in our respiratory track, so let it out. But be considerate to others. don’t spread your virus. If you are using a handkerchief to cover your mouth, don’t over use it as you may only collect and  incubate the virus through it. Use a disposable paper towel and throw it ASAP inside a garbage can. So yes, you might as well settle next to a garbage can so that it will not be that troublesome for you going back and forth.
  2. (This part truly works for me, but not highly recommended to all) If you are an adult and is in legal age for drinking, take 2-3 shot of brandy, rhum or whisky just enough to make you sleep for the night. The alcohol will eradicate some if not all the virus in your mouth and trachea area.
  3. Take a warm shower.
  4. Brush your teeth properly. Brush your tongue, your palate, your cheeks… Take note that the virus will first reside on those area before going deeper to your respiratory track.

Case #3:

You have a flu.

Things you should do:

  1. Stay at home and religiously follow the next instructions i am offering you.
  2. If you kept on sneezing, don’t stop yourself. Sneezing expels the virus out in our respiratory track, so let it out. But be considerate to others. don’t spread your virus.   3. Chances are, you have now a running nose problem. As discussed earlier, this is our body’s way of washing away virus. So what are we going to do? Blow your nose often (and the right way) and gargle often.phelgm in throat
  4. Chances are, you have now this annoying cough which is due to a thin viscous itchy phlegm. You have to try to cough out the mucus and spit it out all the time. the problem with us when we encounter this problem is, we are too lazy to spit-out the phlegm because we have nowhere to spit into.  By this, we end up to have a severe cough. So to solve this problem try to have a tin can and place alot of tissue paper on it, and wet it with a Lysol or a bleach or Isopropyl 70% alcohol. This will serve as your sputum can. Bring it with you all the time so you can spit out your sputum with phlegm anywhere you go.tin can tissue alcohol
  5. While you are doing the instruction number 4, you might as well drink cough medicine. Now, there are alot of cough medicine available on the market but you only need a Guaifenesin (It’s much better if you have the syrup form) and yes there are alot of brands, you can choose anything you want as long as it is Guaifenesin . If you have flu, chances are, you have a productive cough due to the thin viscosity of phlegm. Your Guaifenesin is thought to act as an expectorant by increasing the volume and reducing the viscosity of secretions in the trachea and bronchi of your respiratory track thereby reassembling those itchy thin phlegm into more gooey form (that color greenish and yellowy form, yes.)
  6. DO NOT EAT meat (beef, pork, chicken) and dairy products (milk, eggs, cheese, butter, etc) while you are having flu. This foods are making your virus strong. Now, the following are my recommended food. These foods is guaranteed to stop or hasten viral growth:
    1. Wheat bread, french bread or any dry bread only.
    2. Banana. Relieves coughing.
  7. Boost your immune system and get rid of those viruses.
    1. Drink alot of allowable vitamin c, d and zinc intake.
    2. Drink 1 cup of  “Mega Flu Destroyer Concoction” every 2 hours .

  1. Boil Guava leaves and sliced Ginger in water for about 30 minutes (to how much water, it’s up to you. but remember, the more concentrated the concoction, the better).
  2. add Malunggay leaves and boil for another 5minutes.
  3. remove from heat, add calamansi or lemon as many as you want.
  4. add pure Honey for sweetness (honey is a very good anti viral home remedy product) if there is no honey, salt can do but never ever use any sugar.
